Job Title: Dedicated Chiropractic Care Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage with patients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk through our doors.
  • Provide education and answer basic questions about chiropractic treatment procedures, helping patients feel informed and at ease.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information and care plans.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of equipment and office spaces.
  • Act as a liaison between chiropractors and patients, effectively relaying information and instructions to ensure clear communication.
  • Take videos and pictures for our online presence and patient engagement.
  • Requirements:
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
  • A positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to assist with social media content creation and support at corporate talks and wellness events.
