Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer for Cloud Solutions

As a key player in our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and operating scalable and reliable systems to meet the needs of our customers. With a strong background in containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native technologies, you will ensure seamless integration with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer looking to take their skills to the next level. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing comprehensive observability solutions, and ensuring system resilience through proactive measures such as regular audits and vulnerability scanning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automation via CI/CD pipelines to reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement observability solutions around the four Golden Signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation) and build automation for proactive system health assessments and self-remediation.
- Participate in on-call rotations, promptly respond to incidents to minimize MTTR, and conduct thorough post-incident reviews to implement preventive measures and improve system resilience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in containerized applications.
- Demonstrated experience in incident management, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
- Strong documentation skills and experience in knowledge sharing across teams.
