Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers.
- Manage and control parts and warehouse material inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and conducting regular stock takes.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate procurement requests and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Sourcing new suppliers for various materials and negotiating contracts.
