The Tay Shop PTE. LTD. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant Manager to join our team in the Central area.

Job Description

This role involves approaching customers, providing skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and making recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products. You will also be responsible for collaborating with team members to achieve individual and shop sales targets, developing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • To approach customers, give out samples, conduct sales pitches, and convince them to purchase our services and products.
  • Provide skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and make recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and shop sales targets.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Train new staff members, motivate all sales staff, and assist in daily operational duties such as cashiering transactions and inventory management.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least one to two years of experience in proactive cosmetic sales in a retail environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products, and a sales-oriented attitude with a passion for beauty. Additionally, you must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have a fast-paced and collaborative working style.

  • At least one to two years of experience in proactive cosmetic sales in a retail environment.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the skincare/beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
  • Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fast-paced and collaborative working style.
Salary and Benefits
