About the Role

As a Remittance Investigation Analyst at OCBC Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment services. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and resolve discrepancies in remittance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve remittance-related inquiries and feedback.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of outstanding investigation cases to ensure timely closure.
  • Ensure quick action and resolution of customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Monitor system availability and escalate issues promptly to management to minimize impact on payment service timelines.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned and participate in UAT/Projects as required.
  • Conduct team huddle sessions to share operational process improvements and implementation plans.
  • Participate in regular process reviews to manage risk & control and ensure team compliance with laid down controls and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Remittance Operations or investigations.
  • A self-motivated and proactive person with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, research, and investigation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $240,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
