About the Role

The successful candidate will provide operational support to our Relationship Managers and Investment Managers, processing transactions, resolving account issues, and maintaining client relationships. This role will be based in our One Raffles Quay office and will require the candidate to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Private Bankers in delivering excellent client service and achieving client retention
  • Manage desk administration, including meetings and travel arrangements
  • Understand client requirements and assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships
  • Act as the client key interface for initiating client instructions, monitoring funds for payment, and preparing loan disbursement instructions
  • Develop a good understanding of governing regulatory frameworks, including confidentiality and data protection regulations
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
  • Meticulous, methodical, and concise with a strong attention to detail
  • 3-7 years of relevant investment experience, dependent on corporate title, coupled with a good sense of integrity
  • Relevant local licenses and qualifications
