Childcare Teacher

A dedicated educator is required to create a secure and quality learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and implement the curriculum under the guidance of Centre Supervisor, aligning it to the principles of ECE Framework.
  • To develop child-centred programmes that are engaging, purposeful, and responsive to children's needs.
  • To establish strong relationships with parents as partners in care and education.
  • To keep abreast of latest educational developments and continually upgrade skills and knowledge.
  • To be involved in simple action research projects and model professionalism in appearance, speech, and action.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with experience in Early Childhood sector an added advantage.
