Job Title: Skincare Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply makeup, perform facials, and recommend skincare therapies to achieve optimal results.
  • Perform manicures and pedicures, nail art, and color recommendations to enhance the overall beauty experience.
  • Provide permanent and temporary hair removal treatments, such as electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Suggest personalized skincare regimes to clients based on their skin type and concerns.
  • Cross-sell beauty therapies and products to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Make appointments and document treatments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
  • Take stock and ensure adequate supplies are available to meet client demands.
  • Possess good hand-eye coordination and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Be able to work night shifts, public holidays, and weekends as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold a certification in cosmetology, aesthetic, or a related field.
  • Obtain a license in a cosmetology field.
  • Have a working knowledge of skincare therapies, hair removal techniques, and beauty products and trends.
  • Exhibit strong creative skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate steady and dexterous hands to ensure precise treatment delivery.
