Regional Supply Chain Director

The Regional Supply Chain Director is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple sites within the Asia-Pacific region. This position requires effective integration of Strategic Inventory Optimization Process (SIOP) with procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional supply chain strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development and execution of the 2027 strategy, including the establishment of a second regional warehouse in China.
  • Foster collaboration among the community of Supply Chain Managers across APAC.
  • Align supply chain and operations activities with regional and global objectives, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier risks and logistics disruptions.

Job Description:

  • Optimize logistics networks to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance delivery reliability.
  • Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce excess inventory through lean principles and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address supply chain and operational challenges and drive improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and plant operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and operations.
