Job Description

The Senior Corporate Finance Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic financial initiatives, capital structure planning, and corporate development activities. This includes fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investor relations.

This role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex financial models and transactions to support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate and execute M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
  • Coordinate financial due diligence, valuation, and integration planning with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Support capital raising activities including equity, debt, and structured financing initiatives.
  • Prepare investor presentations, information memoranda, and data rooms for fundraising or deal processes.
  • Liaise with banks, investors, and legal counsel on financing and transaction matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on analysis, project execution, and communication.
  • Partner with finance teams, legal departments, and business units to ensure alignment on finance-related initiatives.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in corporate finance/corporate advisory roles.
  • Proven track record in financial modeling and M&A execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with senior stakeholder exposure.
