This is a hands-on technical support role requiring extensive technical skills, working in a dynamic and demanding business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational stability and availability of Forex trading and booking applications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global support teams, local helpdesk, development, infrastructure, and project management teams to ensure business continuity.
  • Communicate with users to provide regular updates on incidents, requests, and enhancements, while tracking their status.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose transformations of existing processes for both business operations and production services.
  • Mentor and train junior support staff to enhance team capabilities.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Extensive experience working in IT technology solutions facing Front Office in the banking industry, specifically for Forex markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with SQL databases (Postgres, Oracle, Sybase).
  • Understanding of trading processes, including FIX connectivity, order management, pricing, and market making.
