Join our team as a Forklift Executive, responsible for managing warranty administration on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate warranty administration for MHE across all service centers with principals.
  2. Provide technical advice and support for MHE, ensuring seamless operations.
  3. Liaise closely with principals and cross-functional teams to update on abnormal breakdown cases.
  4. Ensure relevant updates on technicians' laptops regarding MHE.
  5. Arrange for forklift modifications as requested by customers.

  7. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory management and control.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve MHE performance and reduce downtime.
  10. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve inventory management.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including principals and cross-functional teams.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MHE management.
  14. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for MHE management.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
