The Role of a Senior Nursing Professional

">Job Summary:

As a key member of our healthcare team, the Senior Staff Nurse plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless delivery of nursing services. This includes the general care of all patients within the unit, adherence to established nursing standards and quality systems, as well as compliance with hospital procedures.

">Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example in upholding high standards of patient care, promoting a culture of safety, and contributing to the overall success of our nursing team.

Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhere to confidentiality guidelines, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

">Requirements:
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Nursing
  • Be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Have at least 5 years' experience in specialty disciplines such as Delivery Suite, Operating Theatre, NICU, and others
  • Possess bilingual skills and proficiency in PC-literacy
  • Able to work rotating shifts, with an added advantage for those able to start immediately
