Job Title: Jewellery Sales Specialist

Role Overview

This is a dynamic sales role within our jewellery department, where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: You will be responsible for handling sensitive customer information with the utmost care, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.
  • Providing Customer Service: As a knowledgeable sales specialist, you will provide customers with tailored product recommendations, ensuring they find the perfect piece of jewellery to suit their needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order processing, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge: You will have a solid understanding of various jewellery types and styles, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and provide informed product advice.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing sales orders, and performing other administrative duties as required.
  • Jewellery Maintenance: You will clean and repair jewellery items to prepare them for sale, while also maintaining a thorough knowledge of diamonds, precious stones, metals, and other materials used in jewellery production.
  • Credit Card Transactions and Payments: You will process credit card transactions and handle customer payments efficiently and securely.
  • Insurance Options: You will explain insurance coverage options to customers who purchase high-value gemstone jewellery.
