Electronics Manufacturing Technician

This role involves soldering, testing and maintaining electronic products in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

  • Key responsibilities include performing soldering and testing of electronic products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot PCBA and assembled units to component level using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Operate and maintain test machines and equipment to optimize production workflows.
  • Support production output according to daily targets by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Report issues promptly and follow SOPs and safety standards to prevent accidents and errors.
Requirements
  • NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Entry-level with training provided.
  • Hands-on, reliable and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
