Chinese Brush Painting Trainer Overview

The role of a Chinese Brush Painting Trainer is to teach students the art and techniques of Chinese brush painting. A strong background in teaching and art is essential for this position, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students, promoting confidence and skill-building.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing regular updates on student progress and program outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Chinese Brush Painting or related art form.
  • Strong understanding of art techniques, theories, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children, youth, or adults with varying skill levels.
