Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Professional Growth and Skills Trainer to lead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip retail staff with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Develop customized training programs to address skill gaps and enhance professional development.
  • Facilitate in-store training sessions during weekdays during business hours.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support the growth of retail staff.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and develop tailored modules.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Education, Human Resources, or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer or Learning and Development professional, preferably in retail.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage adult learners.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design effective training programs.
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to measure training impact.
