Network Infrastructure Professional

  We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role that involves ensuring the smooth operation and security of our global network infrastructure.

  Your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining network performance and availability;
  • Performing routine network maintenance tasks;
  • Troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services;

  To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and intrusion detection/protection systems;
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures;
  • Cisco Certified Network Engineer certification or equivalent;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;

  You must also be proficient in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell and have experience with load balancers and bandwidth management equipment.

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Network Performance Monitoring: Ensure the smooth operation and security of our global network infrastructure by monitoring and maintaining network performance and availability;
  • Network Maintenance: Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including upgrading software, patching vulnerabilities, and optimizing network configurations;
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity;
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services;

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and intrusion detection/protection systems;
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures;
  • Certification: Cisco Certified Network Engineer certification or equivalent;
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
