Overview of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform B2B and Outdoor Sales, effectively managing sales leads and quotas.
- Negotiate terms with customers and develop strong relationships to understand their needs and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with customers from all industries and companies, recommending beverage products and machine packages that meet their requirements.
- After closed sales deals, create customer accounts and provide support on warranty.
- Guide customers through operating manuals and provide support on how to use digital displays, programmable buttons, pre-grinding, pre-infusion, water pressure, and other features.
- Keep track of machine malfunctions and recommend repair solutions if needed.
- Recommend workshop locations for after-sales preventive maintenance and servicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Negotiation skills
- CRM expertise
- Excellent sales skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 'A' Levels or equivalent qualifications
