  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fixed Income Index Production Expert to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily production of fixed income indices, ensuring timely and accurate index data delivery to various clients. This is a key role that requires strong operational and process management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage standard and complex corporate actions, evaluate pricing and index inputs, assess index outputs, and validate final index production
  • Maintain the integrity of indices in accordance with Bloomberg's methodologies, ensuring accurate application of index rules, quality control and data remediation
  • Play a crucial role in further developing Bloomberg's Fixed Income Index offering and platform, partnering with stakeholders and clients and drawing upon deep subject matter expertise
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge, specifically in APAC fixed income markets, and coordinate with regional teams in the delivery of global products
  • Work closely with colleagues in Engineering to develop workflows, quality assurance processes and product improvements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in dealing with either Fixed Income data, pricing or its application in indices/portfolios
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance and/or Computer Science
  • Minimum 1 year of experience interacting and effectively connecting with external and internal clients
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Management principles and quantitative analysis skills
  • Strong operational and process management/improvement skills
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn complex business and technology processes and actively contribute to their evolution
