Job Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead novel device development projects using TCAD process & device simulations.

Responsibilities include conducting research, developing simulation decks, and performing experiments to optimize device performance while ensuring reliability.

  • Develop TCAD simulation decks for various technologies in collaboration with project teams.
  • Design the device test key and carry out layout studies with electrical measurements to improve device performance.
  • Conduct experiments for device tuning to optimize performance and ensure reliability.

Key Requirements

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.

Strong foundation in device physics and analytical skills necessary.

Experience in TCAD simulation, calibration methodologies, and layout work preferred.
