Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, Operations

We are seeking a seasoned operations expert to lead our regional community operations team in assigned areas.

About the Role:

  • Lead regional community operations to support residents in leading healthy lifestyles through various community programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance care and resident experience by driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with community partners to coordinate community operations and integrate teams with other departments and divisions.
  • Analyze data to inform operational decisions and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Identify and address potential service gaps to improve overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Regional Community Operations Management:
    • Transition Care Program Management
    • Community Health Posts Coordination
  • Operations Planning and Support:
    • Data Analysis and Workload Monitoring
    • Manpower Planning and Management
    • Collaboration with Community Partners
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
    • Pilot New Programs and Processes
    • Evaluation of Technology Use for Workflow Improvement
    • Success Evaluation of Pilot Programs
    • Service-Related Feedback Management
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Team Member Development and Empowerment
    • Integration with Other Departments and Divisions
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline with at Least 7 Years of Working Experience
  • Critical Thinking and Strategic Ability
  • Strong Planning, Project Management, and Organizational Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advantageous Experience in Strategic Planning and/or Program Development
