Aerospace Commercial Sales Leadership

As a seasoned commercial sales and business development professional, you will spearhead our sales initiatives for aircraft cabin modification services and interior products. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by expanding the sale of aircraft cabin modifications (CAAS EASA FAA STC retrofits) and interior products, including seats, monuments, galleys, and lavatories.

  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Become an integral part of airline customer relationships, fostering trust, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in crafting compelling commercial proposals that demonstrate technical and business excellence.
  • Provide visionary direction to internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, engineering capabilities, and execution.
  • Negotiate contracts that yield win-win outcomes, strengthening long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in aerospace with at least 4 years in a customer-facing commercial role focused on aircraft cabin modifications or interiors.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing complex technical sales in global markets.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial aircraft platforms, Boeing, Airbus, FAA regulations, especially STC processes, and interior systems such as IFE, seating, monuments, lavatories, and galleys.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, persuade, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team leadership.

Able to travel internationally and domestically on short notice as needed.
