Housekeeping Attendant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating inviting spaces. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and ambience of our facilities, ensuring every corner feels welcoming and maintained for members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the towel counter, ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility, greeting members with a warm smile and a positive attitude, and upholding the high standards that make our Club a preferred destination for members.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue bath towels for members' use and update records.

• Ensure sufficient towels are ready for supply.

• Manage and control the flow of towel usage.

• Control of application or withdrawal of locker rental.

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the towel counter.

• Assist in inspecting the cleanliness standard level in the changing room and report to the immediate superior for further action.

• Assist in checking and reporting all facility defects in the workstation for rectification.

• Assist cleaning assistants to perform cleaning work when required.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.

• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Demonstrate a pleasant personality with a positive work attitude.
