Senior Health Safety and Environment Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Health, Safety and Environment Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of health, safety and environment programmes, management systems and risk management plans.
This professional will play a key role in driving HSE culture, habits and norms within the organization. They will also conduct regular inspections, audits and investigations to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements and company standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety and environmental management and at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Management or a related field is required.
- A diploma in EHS field with 5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing settings is also acceptable.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be based in Tuas South with convenient transportation options available.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve HSE goals and contribute to the development of health, safety and environment programmes and procedures.
