As the Deputy Director of Future Capabilities, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies that support our organization's overall business goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy that aligns with our company's objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data governance, architecture, and AI frameworks.

Data Infrastructure and Management
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure, ensuring data pipelines, warehouses, and platforms meet the needs of the business.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate data systems with other business systems.

RPA, AI, and Machine Learning Innovation
  • Drive the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to solve key business problems and improve decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and data science trends, incorporating new technologies where applicable.
  • Lead research and development efforts to explore new applications of AI within the organization.

Analytics and Insights
  • Oversee the creation of advanced analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Develop predictive models to anticipate business trends and inform strategy.
  • Ensure data analytics efforts align with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics, AI, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing data and AI strategies at scale.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum.
