Job Description:

  • As our Sales and Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with the team to achieve branch targets, attending to walk-in customers and handling all telephone enquiries.
  • Promote and follow up on renewal of memberships, while maintaining a rapport with existing and potential members.
  • Keep members informed about promotional activities and assist in maintaining proper attendance records for classes or treatments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates without prior work experience are welcome, as we provide comprehensive training to support your growth.
  • A passion for fitness and/or spa is essential, along with strong sales and service skills.
  • You must be self-motivated, a team player, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work retail hours (5 working days per week) and willing to learn new skills.
