We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Professional to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD.
Company OverviewAnradus is a leading manufacturer of precision component parts, and we are looking for a skilled sales professional to help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also work closely with our production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet customer requirements.
Sales Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and networking
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and marketing efforts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial sales role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of silicone rubber, plastic injection, and/or metal precision components for non-functional parts
- An extensive network and strong relationships with high-level commodity/sourcing decision-makers
- Proven resourcefulness in identifying market opportunities and driving sales growth
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and meeting customer expectations
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of up to $7,000 per month, plus variable bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program.
