Job Title:
Quantitative Modeler

Overview:
We seek a skilled Quantitative Modeler to join our team in the design and implementation of analytics for monitoring model and strategy performance. This role requires expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to drive business growth and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement analytics frameworks to monitor model and strategy performance.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain complex workflows and integrate with external applications.
3. Lead projects to drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
4. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of internal and external control requirements in electronic trading.
5. Partner with technology teams to drive the creation of automated testing frameworks and incorporate production performance analytics.
6. Oversee the rollout of models and strategies to ensure timely alignment with business goals.
7. Liaise with risk functions to identify revenue generation opportunities and emerging needs for new models and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. PhD in quantitative subjects.
2. 3-5 years' experience in electronic trading and low-touch applications.
3. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, KDB, and Q, and scripting languages like Python.
4. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
5. Experience in managing projects and relationships across front office and second-line control functions.
6. Familiarity with application-level requirements and ability to formulate complex workflows and integrations with external applications.
7. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
