About the Role">

We are seeking a skilled Network Automation Engineer to join our hybrid team of network and operations engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in both networking and coding, with experience in designing and implementing automation for network provisioning and change workflows.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving operational problems with scalable and reusable solutions in a real-world, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Build & Implementation
    • Design and implement automation for network provisioning and change workflows.
    • Builand maintain internal tools and scripts to support network deployment, configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code for repeatable network builds.
  • Operations & Troubleshooting
    • Integrate with network management platforms and controller APIs.
    • Assist with building CI/CD-style automation pipelines for network changes and compliance.
    • Maintain configuration templates and version-controlled network documentation.
    • Perform Level 1-3 troubleshooting of network issues alongside senior engineers.
  • Performance & Monitoring
    • Administer the in-house network management platforms and systems.
    • Assist in supporting network deployments and service migrations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking technologies relevant to our hybrid infrastructure.
  • Automation
    • Write scripts and reusable modules to reduce manual effort and human error.
    • Leverage RESTful APIs to integrate with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and network controllers.
    • Analyse operational tasks and propose automation to optimize troubleshooting, failover handling, or alerting.
