Job Description

As a Staff Specialist at Infineon Technologies, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation projects in the Automotive division's Production Management (PRM) area. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a business analyst and drive digital transformation projects in the area of Automotive division Production Management (PRM), focusing on Volume, Quality, and Cost.
  • Contribute to the further development of ATV PRM efficiency and identify cost-down opportunities using data-driven solutions and decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear scope and targets, and construct prototypes for proof-of-concept (PoC).
  • Lead and drive projects through PoC to product rollout, enabling analytics/AI solutions to be integrated seamlessly into the business.
  • Evaluate business cases for AI solutions to establish value and strategic fit.
  • Actively coordinate best practices, methods, and tools for the overall ATV PRM community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with key users, translate requirements into specifications for IT development.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects in an agile development setup.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a strong team player in a global setup.
  • A self-driven individual with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
