Lead Marine Construction Project Manager

Marine construction project managers are sought after by companies that undertake large-scale coastal and river projects.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead and manage marine construction projects from planning to completion. This individual will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules and costing, overseeing daily project progress, and ensuring milestones are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering or a related discipline and strong knowledge of project scheduling, costing, and resource planning. They should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and lead teams, and have the ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-site.
This role requires a strong understanding of marine construction techniques, including piling works (bore piling, sheet piling, RCD). The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and maintain good working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and site teams
- Identify and resolve site or design issues efficiently
- Prepare project reports and updates for management and stakeholders
