Unlocking Business Insights

As a skilled Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will leverage analytical expertise to design and produce comprehensive dashboards and reports, identify data quality issues proactively, and communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Metabase following best practices
  2. Independently plan and develop data product features with minimal direction
  3. Quantify end-to-end customer journey using advanced analytical techniques to increase conversion
  4. Analyze user behavior patterns, conversion funnels, and customer segmentation
Technical Skills
  • SQL (Structured Query Language): High
  • Microsoft Excel: High
  • BI Tools (e.g. PowerBI, Metabase): High or Expert
  • Python (for data analysis): Advanced or Expert
  • Data Cleaning and Preparation: Expert
  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): High
  • Statistical Concepts: Medium or better
  • Version Control (e.g. Git/GitHub/GitLab): High
  • AI/ML Application (Analytical Focus): High
  • Data Warehousing/Cloud Data Platforms: Medium
  • API Integration for Data: Foundational to Medium
  • Marketing Analytics Tools: Medium or better
Soft Skills
  • Able to define tasks and workstreams and delegate to team members without supervision
  • Ability to communicate with end-users to understand their requirements and translate to tasks
  • Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and follow through on commitments to stakeholders
