About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Trina Solar Energy Development Pte. Ltd. in the APAC region. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing full-range tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating potential tax risks
  • Support and provide innovative tax strategies for countries where the company operates
  • Review complex income tax returns and assist in managing tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Liaise with local authorities and agencies, including local tax incentives
  • Collaborate with Group Transfer Pricing team to ensure local requirements and obligations are fully met
Requirements
  • Degree holder in an accounting or business discipline
  • Professional tax qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of tax experience working as a tax professional within industry or commerce
  • Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
