Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive school environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized and group-based interventions, both in the classroom and therapy rooms. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to integrate therapy into daily school activities and ensure consistent support for each student. Additionally, you will conduct assessments, track outcomes, and maintain accurate records in line with AHPC standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement individualized and group-based interventions, both in the classroom and therapy rooms.
  2. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to integrate therapy into daily school activities and ensure consistent support for each student.
  3. Conduct assessments, track outcomes, and maintain accurate records in line with AHPC standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree in Speech-Language Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council, Singapore
  • Minimum 1 year working with pediatric communication disorders
  • Strong clinical expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in a team
  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
