The role of a Software Delivery Professional is to oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for managing resources and directing project delivery.
- Project Execution: Lead project teams in delivering software solutions that meet customer requirements and organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Team Management
- Work closely with cross-functional squads to ensure efficient collaboration, fostering a positive work environment and facilitating communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software delivery at a mid-large scale software delivery role, with a proven track record in delivering client-facing software products.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
- Familiarity with software development technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to the project's technology stack.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the software development process.
