Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and expand business relationships with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, build and maintain a strong network of prospects to ensure a consistent pipeline for conversion into sales, and identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating and managing a pipeline for sustainable growth.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency, prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and quotations tailored to client needs and project requirements, and oversee the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all client requirements are addressed comprehensively.
  • Client and Partner Engagement: Demonstrate the ability to identify and address client business problems, assess risks and profitability, and drive the development of mutually beneficial account plans, effectively negotiate and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage operations of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives, facilitate communication and coordination among team members to achieve business goals and maintain high performance, and provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of solid record of technology manpower/outsourcing firm focusing in account management or business development.
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale deals.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Confidence in your ability to create high volume pipelines and accurately forecast close dates.
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
