Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients participating in research studies
- Enforce standards of care and professional codes of conduct
- Ensure safety and well-being of study subjects and reliability of clinical trial data
- Recognize emergency situations and assist in treatment procedures
- Prepare research metrics and reports for submission
- Perform intensive monitoring of research subjects in early phase clinical trials
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered nursing qualification and registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with valid BCLS certificate
- At least 5 years' clinical nursing experience in Clinical Trial
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
