System Integration Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex systems. This includes performing requirements gathering to translate user needs into practical design objectives or specifications.

  • Define and develop new system architectures to support user requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirement feasibilities, propose alternatives, and present solutions to users
  • Liaise with users, software, hardware, and mechanical teams to define design specifications and provide application support
  • Review software, hardware, and mechanical design architecture and technical documents for peripheral sub-systems
  • Generate and maintain project documents including requirements, test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Perform system integration and testing
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the integration of hardware and software developed by various team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Team player
  • Experience in large-scale systems
  • Experience in payload integration onto UAV systems
