Job Description:
Project Administration
As a Building Cost Estimator at Anda Construction PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for building projects from tendering stage to completion. This will involve taking off measurements, evaluating subcontractors' progress payments, and administering project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for building projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Tendering: Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects for architectural and structural quantities.
  • Subcontractor Management: Evaluate and certificate subcontractors' progress payments.
  • Project Administration: Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Architectural/Civil/Structural/Building Services/Construction Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the local building construction industry.
  • Skills: Familiarity with site matters, negotiation, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, drawing, AutoCAD, pricing, sourcing, cost control, procurement, and construction management.
