Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled DevOps professional to join our agile development team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in modernising and developing CaseCentral, a case management platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in DevOps practices, with experience in automating software delivery processes using CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, and containerization technologies, like Docker and Kubernetes, is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for SaaS-based application development.
  • Utilizing and optimizing CI/CD tools, i.e., GitLab CI/CD, to streamline software delivery.
  • Collaborating with test automation and engineering teams to streamline development and deployment practices.


Infrastructure Management:

Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, including configuring and optimising servers, databases, and networking components. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve issues quickly.

Security and Compliance:

Ensure security compliance for Salesforce-based applications throughout the development and deployment lifecycle. Implement appropriate security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.

Backend Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using appropriate technologies, i.e., Python and Java. Collaborate with engineers to define and implement APIs and data structures. Optimize backend performance and ensure data integrity. Integrate backend services with SaaS-based applications using RESTful APIs or other communication protocols. Ensure seamless data synchronisation and user experience.

Required skills and qualifications include: 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles, familiarity with CI/CD tools, knowledge of database management systems, and experience with basic backend development. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce development, relevant DevOps certifications, and cloud certifications.
