Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, scouting, and recruiting talented individuals suitable for film, TV, dance, and musical productions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

You will be responsible for coordinating auditions, interviews, and casting calls, as well as managing onboarding processes including agreements, NDAs, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in talent management, casting, or entertainment agency work.
  • Strong understanding of film production processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple talents and projects concurrently.
  • Possess a passion for nurturing talent and building long-term careers.
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
