About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Research Analyst to join our team at QUBE RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. as a key member of our research and development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Signal Generation: Design and implement high-quality predictive signals using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage large and diversified datasets to identify statistical patterns and opportunities.
  • Research Collaboration: Share and discuss research results, methodology, data sets, and processes with other researchers.
  • Signal Implementation: Implement signals and relevant datasets within our global execution platform.
  • Signal Monitoring: Monitor signal behavior and model performance over time.
  • Strategy Research Cycle: Lead the full strategy research cycle from signal generation to implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantitative research or a related field.
  • Education: Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge in statistics, machine learning, NLP, or AI techniques; coding skills in at least one leading programming language (Python, R, Matlab, or C++); experience in exploring large datasets across multiple time frames.
  • Personal Qualities: Intellectual curiosity, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, capacity to work with autonomy within a collegial and collaborative environment, and strong communication skills.
