Job Description:

We are seeking an expert to contribute to meaningful change in the tropical commodity sector.

The ideal candidate will be driven by a passion to ensure that smallholders are informed, engaged, and effectively represented in activities related to sustainable natural rubber.

The selected individual will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the socioeconomic and environmental performance of the natural rubber value chain.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with smallholder members and coordinate their participation in national and international engagements, as well as in relevant workstreams.
  2. Manage and enhance smallholder-related workstreams, such as digital knowledge sharing platforms.
  3. Co-facilitate project management working groups and shared investment mechanisms, including supporting logistics and coordination of meetings.
  4. Assist in monitoring and managing projects to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, organizational goals, and the delivery of impactful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities effectively.
  • Self-disciplined and proactive, with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a practical, solution-oriented manner.
