We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our social media marketing efforts and drive conversions, increasing sales and engaging our online community.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute impactful social media strategies, create compelling content, manage campaigns, and handle customer inquiries to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversion-Driven Social Media Strategy

The successful candidate will develop and execute social media strategies that drive traffic, increase sales, and convert followers into customers. This includes identifying and targeting high-potential customer segments with content that meets their needs, collaborating with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales goals, and monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement in driving sales.

  • Content Creation and Optimization for Sales

The Digital Marketing Strategist will create, curate, and optimize engaging content (posts, videos, ads) designed to drive conversions, including product promotions and special offers. They will use tools like Canva, Cap Cut, or similar software to design visually compelling content tailored for different platforms. Regularly analyzing content performance to adjust strategies and maximize engagement and sales is also a key responsibility.

  • Community Management and Customer Engagement

The successful candidate will actively manage the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries quickly and professionally. They will collaborate with the sales team to address enquiries and feedback, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust. Handling enquiries from social media channels, guiding potential customers towards booking appointments or making purchases is also essential.

  • Social Media Advertising and Campaign Optimization

The Digital Marketing Strategist will plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales. They will develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences. Continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to meet and exceed sales objectives is crucial.

  • Lead Management and Sales Support

The successful candidate will implement systems to track and follow up on leads generated through social media. They will work with the sales team to refine lead management processes and improve conversion rates. Providing insights from social media engagement to improve products and services is also a key responsibility.

  • Trend Monitoring and Strategic Adjustments

The Digital Marketing Strategist will stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. They will adapt strategies based on changing trends and user behaviors to maintain relevance and effectiveness. Introducing innovative methods and tools to enhance engagement and drive sales is also essential.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, driving conversions and sales is required. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, XHS, etc.) is necessary. Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software is also required. Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills to craft compelling content and optimize campaigns are essential.
