Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dry Bulk Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Tardis Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of dry bulk vessels, including coordinating chartering activities and negotiating freight rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate chartering activities and negotiate freight rates
  • Monitor and manage vessel voyages to ensure compliance with charter party agreements
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including ship owners, charterers, and brokers
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately prepared and processed in accordance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in vessel operations, with a focus on dry bulk shipping
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
