Job Overview

A challenging opportunity exists for a Digital Records and Automation Specialist to work in Singapore, the regional hub for Asia Pacific.

  • This role ensures sustainable products meet standard quality and are delivered to customers worldwide.

  • You will be based in Singapore, where our company has been operating for over 25 years and in AP for over 60 years.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing optimal methodologies for the management of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Version 3.3.4.

  • Managing vendor performance and contracts.

  • Supporting investigations by finding resolutions to MES and automation problems.

  • Supporting, maintaining, and developing MES recipes and capabilities.

  • Collaborating with other technical functions to provide robust recipes and functionality.

  • Preparing and performing update/change processes and ensuring they are raised and closed on time.

  • Providing expertise and technical knowledge to technical functions on MES.

  • Performing MES administration and maintenance.

  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting MES training.

  • Ensuring all documents comply with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements.

  • Representing the Singapore MES team within our global and corporate teams.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a technical field (engineering or science) or equivalent.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate for resolution.

  • Proven ability working cross functionally, delivering technical solutions to MES issues.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
