We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Draughtsman cum BIM Coordinator to join our team at ENGINEERS ALLIANCE PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of structural plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborate with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors to implement BIM.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and libraries.
  • Support the setup of BIM projects, including project templates, Revit family libraries, title blocks, CDE, and workflows.
  • Highlight model/drawing discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues to the Project Manager.
  • Propose solutions to discrepancies and assist in the preparation of BIM documentation.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least an ITE/Diploma in C&S Engineering.
  • At least 2 years' experience for Junior position and 5 years' for Senior position.
  • Committed and able to work as a team.
  • Candidates shall have relevant experience in Singapore consultant firms, preparing and drafting structural plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
