Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Advocate to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for handling incoming hotline calls from customers, conducting phone interviews, and managing respondents' queries with the highest level of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to incoming hotline calls from customers
  • Conduct phone interviews and manage respondents' queries
  • Ensure highest level of customer experience
  • Data entry and administrative work
  • Status update report to supervisor
  • Handle escalated cases and follow up with respective respondents until resolved
  • Conduct data verification of completed cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
  • Meet daily and weekly KPI
  • Contract Period: Yearly renewable
  • Office: Clarke Quay and Novena
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Singaporean
  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent customer serviceskills
  • Focus on quality and customer service
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
