Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a leading provider of advanced predictive maintenance solutions and engineering services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert mechanical engineering services and predictive maintenance solutions to valued clients.

About the Role

This is a key member role that requires comprehensive condition monitoring and diagnostic assessments of mechanical equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques.

  • Conduct comprehensive condition monitoring and diagnostic assessments of mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Develop and implement tailored predictive maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and lifespan.
  • Analyze equipment data, identify issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the effective use of predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
  • Document all activities and maintain detailed records of equipment condition and maintenance history.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, or a Diploma with extensive experience, with a focus on predictive maintenance.
  • Strong skills in vibration analysis, balancing, shaft alignment, ultrasound leak detection, and other condition monitoring techniques.
  • Proficient in interpreting equipment data and diagnosing mechanical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality engineering services.
